There’s nothing wrong with a little chocolate indulgence but lately it’s been a lot! Whizzed this healthy, simple family favourite recipe up today in the Thermomix and even the little hands were caught sneaking a few. Chocolate craving sorted!
Ingredients
60g Almonds
60g Cashews
60g Sunflower Seeds
120g Dates
60g Sultanas
Vanilla Extract to taste
2 Tbsp Wholefood Chocolate Protein Powder
Method
Place all ingredients into the mixing bowl and chop (60 seconds / Speed 9).
Roll teaspoons of the mixture into balls.
Roll in desiccated coconut if desired.
Allow to set in the fridge for one hour, devour and enjoy!
